This has the potential to create a complainer culture, which is toxic to a creative team and productive work environment. Instead of dwelling on the negative, it's important to continue to explore creative options, and ideas that will turn the situation into a positive. I came across this article today, "3 Powerful Ways to Stay Positive", from The Huffington Post that is in line with my own mentality. It highlights that a positive attitude is not only good for your performance, it is good for your health!
Let's start this work week off with positive outlook, Monday's don't have to be bad!
