Light What You Love
I concepted and directed this fun campaign with our in-house studio team by using our employees’ picks to highlight new & trending lamp designs.
Why: Adds authenticity by showing the humans behind the brand. The versatility of lamps as functional, portable style for use in all different room types and sizes. This is desirable to a younger demographic as a quick, more affordable home lighting update. It supports core brand values of variety, selection and newness. This was all done cost-effectively in studio.
Visuals: Employees of diverse gender, age and race, turn on different lamp styles of their choice. This was shot on a neutral tone set background to keep the focus on the lamp style offerings. A quote about why "they love" the lamp appears as light turns on.

Results
This campaign got hundreds of thousands of views across social media platforms. This brought brand awareness to many new customers while highlighting the brand values of selection, style, and newness. Employees were also able to share it on their own social channels.
